The Forgotten Gent…

“The unfamiliar persona, the craftsman, the architect, the artisan, the curator, the one who articulates his identity through the incorporation of influences and elements, material and immaterial.”

Welcome to Forgotten Gent

Forgotten Gent is a digital Men’s Lifestyle and Interest journal dedicated to paying tribute to the true spirit of men.

This site attempts to create a window into the dynamic mind and deep, but often unrevealed or misunderstood soul of many men.  It is a rich celebration of boyhood memories and dreams that we carry with us as men.

It is a remembrance and tribute to historical figures, events and inventions.  It is also the undying aspirations that many men have, to be, to do, to create, to have, and to explore.

Forgotten Gent is an attempt to rekindle the greatest of bygone eras, and place it into the context of the present day.  Some would argue that men, as they have been known and understood traditionally, are a dying breed.  Forgotten Gent does not seek to fuel the debate.  That does not mean that we do not have a point of view.  The position of Forgotten Gent is to simply stay the course, meaning to stay true to and portray the very essence of man in his countless forms.
